What you will do

• Design, configure, and implement LES solutions including system workflows and equipment integration.
• Collaborate with operations and quality teams to analyze and improve manufacturing and laboratory workflows.
• Provide frontline technical support and troubleshooting for LES platforms to ensure high availability.
• Manage integration between LES and critical systems like SAP, LIMS, and shop-floor equipment.
• Execute validation protocols (IQ/OQ/PQ) and maintain systems in a validated, GxP-compliant state.
• Develop knowledge materials and train personnel on effective system usage.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• Hands-on experience with LES platform configuration and support.
• Experience working in a GxP-regulated manufacturing environment.
• Working knowledge of GxP and computer system validation (CSV) principles.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, or Javascript.
• Familiarity with industrial automation concepts like PLCs and SCADA.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud Platform.
• Understanding of DevSecOps concepts including CI/CD and Git.
• Strong analytical and process analysis skills.
