What you will do
- Drive revenue generation by qualifying leads and closing new business opportunities within strategic accounts (5,000+ employees).
- Execute complex, consultative sales cycles and aggressively multi-thread high-value accounts.
- Develop territory plans, build and manage a robust sales pipeline, and run strategic prospect meetings.
- Deliver professional product demos and pitches to executive stakeholders.
- Contribute as a subject matter expert on the platform to support internal and external growth.
- Mentor junior Account Executives to improve overall team performance.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience as an Account Executive in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Experience selling HR Tech, LMS, or LXP solutions.
- Formal training in selling methodologies such as MEDDIC, Challenger, SPIN, or PURPOSE.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher level of education.
- Must be based in Canada.
- Ability to travel up to 25% for executive meetings and deal checkpoints.
