Location: Remote (Canada); requires regular travel (up to 25%) to customer sites.

What you will do

  • Drive revenue generation by qualifying leads and closing new business opportunities within strategic accounts (5,000+ employees).
  • Execute complex, consultative sales cycles and aggressively multi-thread high-value accounts.
  • Develop territory plans, build and manage a robust sales pipeline, and run strategic prospect meetings.
  • Deliver professional product demos and pitches to executive stakeholders.
  • Contribute as a subject matter expert on the hirify.global platform to support internal and external growth.
  • Mentor junior Account Executives to improve overall team performance.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience as an Account Executive in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Experience selling HR Tech, LMS, or LXP solutions.
  • Formal training in selling methodologies such as MEDDIC, Challenger, SPIN, or PURPOSE.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher level of education.
  • Must be based in Canada.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% for executive meetings and deal checkpoints.
