What you will do

• Design and execute end-to-end test plans and test cases for 4G/5G network integration.
• Embed automation into testing processes to improve efficiency and coverage.
• Analyze complex call flows and network behavior from UE to Core to identify root causes of defects.
• Champion quality assurance standards across technology teams and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and government partners to ensure successful service delivery.
• Perform non-functional testing including performance, failover, and resilience validation.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from Bristol, UK.
• Must be willing to undergo National Security Vetting to SC or NPPV level.
• Expertise in RAN or Core domains with deep knowledge of LTE/5G NR, RRC, and EPC/5GC architecture.
• Hands-on experience with layer 2 and 3 tracing tools like Wireshark.
• Proven ability to execute complex real-world scenarios including mobility, congestion, and resilience testing.
• Strong understanding of TMMi and ISTQB standards.

Nice to have

• Experience with Ericsson or Nokia 4G/5GSA RAN or Ericsson Core/Cloudcore.
• Experience in cross-domain testing including IMS and applications.
