Compensation: €120K – €195K + Equity and Commission

What you will do

• Design and demo AI Agent products, providing technical solutions tailored to customer needs.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Agent Engineering teams to drive GTM functions.
• Lead technical conversations with future enterprise customers to anticipate and address their needs.
• Translate code, technical logic, and user requirements into actionable product and engineering specifications.

Requirements

• 5-7+ years of experience in Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering, or customer-facing technical sales.
• Proven track record in demo building, presenting, and leading the sales process with Enterprise customers.
• Experience building relationships with executives and technical leaders.
• Ability to explain complex technical solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience, preferably in Computer Science.
• Experience in AI or a similarly modern, highly technical industry.
