What you will do

• Serve as strategic advisor to Senior Leaders and Executive Team on hiring priorities, workforce planning, succession strategy, and attrition insights.
• Own full-cycle recruitment end-to-end for Marketing & G&A functions, including executive searches, from intake to onboarding.
• Develop innovative sourcing strategies like social media, referrals, talent communities, and passive outreach to build proactive pipelines.
• Leverage metrics, KPIs, and dashboards to measure effectiveness and optimize hiring strategies.
• Partner with HR Business Partners and stakeholders to align hiring with company goals, ensure compliance, and champion diversity & inclusion.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required
• 5+ years of Talent Acquisition experience; 3+ years recruiting Marketing & G&A (strongly preferred)
• Experience leading full-cycle recruitment, including executive search
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders with strategic, innovative mindset
• Strong cultural awareness, adaptability, and ability to travel up to 15%
• Must be based in Dallas, TX
