What you will do

• Implement and maintain project-specific safety, health, and substance abuse programs.
• Conduct detailed site safety inspections and incident investigations.
• Manage project security contracts and safety documentation.
• Provide supervision, training, and performance management for safety staff.
• Interface with clients and government officials regarding safety compliance.
• Administer worker's compensation programs and procedures.

Requirements

• 5+ years of safety and health experience.
• Must be able to complete pre-employment onboarding including background checks and drug screens.
• Knowledge of OSHA standards and safety program administration.
• Ability to perform physical labor in varying temperature extremes and construction environments.
• Strong communication and report-writing skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the US (no visa sponsorship).

Nice to have

• Previous battery energy storage (BESS) experience.
• 3+ years of experience in a construction environment.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• OSHA 500/501 certification.
