What you will do

  • Conduct and maintain Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs) and ergonomic assessments.
  • Develop and deliver safety training modules, including new hire onboarding and task-specific instruction.
  • Perform safety audits and inspections, tracking corrective actions to ensure timely closure.
  • Support the implementation of OSHA programs and corporate safety guidelines.
  • Provide initial first aid care and manage injury and incident documentation.
  • Utilize EHS reporting platforms and ergonomic software to track performance trends.

Requirements

  • High school diploma required.
  • 1–3 years of experience in safety, manufacturing, or a related field.
  • Working understanding of OSHA safety standards.
  • Ability to conduct JHAs, PPE assessments, and ergonomic evaluations.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Must be based in or able to work onsite in Middleton, TN.

Nice to have

  • Additional safety coursework or certifications.
  • First Aid/CPR/AED certification.
