Salary: $87,989 - $132,011 (Colorado), $83,990 - $126,011 (Minnesota)

What you will do

• Work on Piping and Mechanical estimates in Advanced Power Generation (APG), LNG/FLNG, Oil and Gas, Water/Wastewater, and Process Industries.
• Support development of complete proposal estimates by combining multi-discipline inputs for Piping and Mechanical Equipment scopes.
• Review design scopes, perform quantity takeoffs, and analyze construction productivity.
• Develop estimate components including contingency, escalation, and cost reconciliation.
• Perform cross-project comparisons of scope, quantities, and costs.
• Prepare management presentations and maintain historical cost data.

Requirements

• 2 to 10 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledgeable Piping and/or Mechanical skillset.
• Project Field experience.
• Good communication skills.
• The ability to manage workload in one or more projects.
• All applicants must be able to complete pre-employment onboarding requirements.

Nice to have

• Field and/or Project experience.
• Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) proficiency.
• Experience with estimating databases.
