Electrical Construction Manager

What you will do

• Plan and schedule electrical construction work, including estimating, material take-offs, conduit/wiring sizing per NEC, and procurement.
• Integrate engineering packages to develop detailed construction plans and deliverables for field and supervision.
• Review engineering information for constructability, ensure safety procedures, and specify tools/equipment.
• Manage work orders, labor estimates, parts lists, shutdown/turnaround planning, and orderly workflow.
• Collaborate with procurement, engineering, suppliers, other managers, owners, and engineers on cost management and change orders.
• Write subcontractor bid packages.

Requirements

• US work authorization required (E-Verify, background check, drug screening)
• B.S. in Engineering or Construction Management + 2-3 years industrial construction experience
• Excellent written/verbal communication, time management, organizational skills
• Strong Microsoft Office knowledge
• Capable of handling multiple projects, collaboration, team building, problem-solving, negotiating
• Understanding of LEAN principles and OSHA 10/30 training preferred
