What you will do

• Lead the full proposal life-cycle for hyperscale data-center projects ranging from 10 MW to 200 MW.
• Analyze RFPs, drawings, and technical specifications for BAS, PLC, DDC, SCADA, EPMS, and DCIM scope.
• Produce labor and material take-offs and build bottoms-up cost models while implementing value-engineering to reduce CAPEX/OPEX.
• Steward and improve the estimating software stack and implement AI-assisted workflows to automate efforts.
• Manage vendor and subcontractor relationships, issuing RFQs and negotiating pricing and terms.
• Mentor junior estimators, author SOPs, and publish KPI reports for leadership teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, business, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of estimating experience for systems integrators in industrial automation or the mission-critical industry.
• Demonstrated success as a lead estimator on at least five mission-critical projects ≥40 MW.
• Advanced knowledge of PLC (Rockwell, Schneider), DDC (Distech, Honeywell), and SCADA/Historian (Ignition, AVEVA, Tridium Niagara4).
• Proficiency with Bluebeam Revu, Power BI, and Bid Management platforms like Procore or Building Connected.
• Must be based in the United States to work virtually.
