What you will do

• Lead the estimating process to ensure all proposals meet technical and RFP requirements.
• Review plans, drawings, and specifications to develop accurate time, cost, and labor estimates.
• Develop project building and scheduling plans, including crew size and resource productivity analysis.
• Manage the RFP process for vendors and subcontractors, evaluating quotes using comparison metrics.
• Calculate quantity take-offs and track historical data to establish guidelines for future estimates.

Requirements

• Four-year degree in Construction, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in renewable construction (wind, solar, or battery storage) or 4+ years in non-renewable crew-based estimating.
• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings, purchase orders, and contracts.
• Up to 25% travel is required.
• Proficiency in HCSS Heavy Bid and Microsoft Office.

Nice to have

• Experience with Salesforce, Oracle, and Sisense.
• Specialized experience in the Renewable Energy sector.
