Salary: $184,000 – $221,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead and develop a small L&D team, providing clear direction, coaching, and maintaining a high bar for execution.
• Own the end-to-end design and delivery of key learning programs, including leadership development, cohort-based learning, and career development.
• Translate the company leadership framework into practical and impactful learning experiences across various formats.
• Partner with People Partners and senior leaders to translate identified capability needs into right-sized learning solutions.
• Collaborate on the evolution of the learning management system (LMS) and broader delivery infrastructure.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in L&D, with at least 2 years of experience managing a team.
• Proven ability to design and deliver programs that drive real behavior change.
• Strong program management skills to handle multiple workstreams and maintain quality.
• Experience adapting L&D best practices to be relevant and accessible for a busy workforce.
• Collaborative, iterative approach to program design, incorporating stakeholder feedback thoughtfully.
• Management style focused on high standards, honest feedback, and directly addressing performance gaps.

Nice to have

• Strong discipline to gather input and understand the problem deeply before designing solutions.
• Experience building and navigating complex, ambiguous environments without established infrastructure.
