Manager - Learning & Development Programs

Location: Green Bay, Madison, Milwaukee, or Neenah, Wisconsin, United States. Travel up to 20% is required to facilitate learning programs and support initiatives across hirify.global locations.

What you will do

• Own the strategy, development, implementation, and continuous improvement of enterprise learning and development programs.
• Optimize existing leadership development, management training, and professional development programs.
• Manage program timelines, communications, logistics, facilitators, learning resources, and knowledge retention strategies.
• Design and implement new curricula aligned with organizational culture, leadership expectations, and business goals.
• Partner with leaders, HR, subject matter experts, and external partners to assess needs and deliver learning solutions.
• Measure participation, feedback, learner experience, and business impact to continuously improve programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 10+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Leadership Development, Curriculum and Instruction, or a related area, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience managing enterprise learning and leadership development programs, including participant selection, curriculum alignment, facilitation, leader engagement, and measurement.
• Experience designing and delivering leadership and professional development programs for employees at all organizational levels.
• Strong facilitation, group leadership, relationship-building, project management, analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• People leadership experience, including coaching and developing team members, setting priorities, managing performance, and driving accountability.
• Ability to travel up to 20% across hirify.global locations is required.
