About the Role
You will design and execute targeted marketing strategies for institutional clients (banks, asset managers, exchanges, custodians, and infrastructure providers). You will build and scale repeatable pipeline generation channels, own the funnel from target account engagement to pipeline creation, and work closely with sales to convert demand into qualified opportunities. You will develop clear messaging for cybersecurity, compliance, and blockchain offerings, run structured experiments to improve channel performance, and apply automation and AI tools to increase execution and scalability.
Requirements
- 4–7+ years of experience in B2B marketing demand generation or product marketing
- Proven track record of contributing to pipeline generation and revenue
- Experience in digital assets blockchain or closely related markets
- Background in Cybersecurity Fintech Regtech or Enterprise SaaS with complex sales cycles
- Experience working with enterprise or institutional clients
- Understanding of multi-stakeholder sales environments and long sales cycles
- Experience with account-based and targeted demand generation approaches
- Ability to translate technical offerings into clear business value
- Strong analytical mindset with experience tracking pipeline conversion and ROI
- Structured approach to experimentation and performance optimization
- Clear and concise communication English C1+
- Nice to have Experience with compliance frameworks (e.g. DORA MiCA)
- Nice to have Exposure to cybersecurity services or risk intelligence products
- Nice to have Experience operating in regulated or highly competitive markets
Responsibilities
- Design and execute targeted marketing strategies for institutional segments
- Build and scale repeatable pipeline generation channels including account-based marketing, partnerships, events, and high-signal content
- Work closely with sales to convert demand into qualified opportunities and revenue
- Develop clear messaging for cybersecurity, compliance, and blockchain offerings tailored to CISO Risk and Compliance stakeholders
- Ensure alignment between external positioning and product and service capabilities
- Continuously refine messaging based on market feedback and sales insights
- Own the funnel from target account engagement through pipeline creation
- Define track and improve key metrics including pipeline contribution conversion rates and channel effectiveness
- Establish a structured approach to experimentation and performance improvement across channels
- Optimize conversion channel efficiency and return on marketing investment
- Apply automation and AI tools to improve execution and scalability
- Coordinate web content and communications into a unified execution plan
- Ensure consistency across all marketing outputs and touch points
