What you will do

• Own global billing operations, ensuring accurate and timely invoice generation aligned with contract terms and pricing structures.
• Manage the end-to-end invoicing lifecycle and lead collections processes, including AR aging and dispute resolution.
• Drive scalability by identifying and implementing automation opportunities across systems and workflows.
• Partner with Deal Desk, RevOps, and Sales to ensure a seamless transition from deal structure to billing execution.
• Ensure all billing and AR processes are SOX-compliant and manage the documentation of key controls for external audits.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing Global Billing Operations team.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in billing or finance operations, preferably within the SaaS or technology sector.
• 3+ years of people management experience.
• Strong professional experience with NetSuite and Salesforce.
• Deep understanding of Order to Cash (O2C) workflows and invoicing structures.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with ASC 606 and revenue recognition standards.
• Experience with marketplace billing (AWS, Azure) and third-party tools like Coupa or Ariba.
• Exposure to Government portal WAAF and multi-entity tax environments.
