What you will do

• Manage eCommerce customer accounts and ensure accuracy of financial transaction data.
• Oversee financial operations of online sales, including revenue reporting, sales tax, and 606 reporting.
• Maintain detailed record-keeping and process journal entries within NetSuite.
• Execute month-end revenue accounting and reconcile cash applications to completion.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies in payments in collaboration with customers and the credit department.
• Support various accounting projects and tasks as required by the department.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 2-3 years of experience in a related accounting field.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with NetSuite is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
