Salary: $105,040 – $153,088 (based on hourly range of $50.50–$73.60).

What you will do

• Own end-to-end collections operations including aging management, dunning, and dispute resolution.
• Monitor and drive improvement in key AR metrics such as DSO, ADD, and CEI.
• Partner with Revenue, Sales, and Finance teams to resolve billing and payment issues.
• Direct and mentor an offshore collections team to ensure operational excellence.
• Identify and implement AI and automation opportunities across the AR stack.
• Support month-end and quarter-end close activities to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in AR or Collections within a SaaS or high-growth environment.
• Strong understanding of Quote-to-Cash processes.
• Hands-on experience with tools like NetSuite, Stripe, or Tesorio.
• Proficiency in Excel and data analysis.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience managing or mentoring offshore resources.
• Exposure to sales tax, billing operations, or revenue recognition.
• Experience optimizing AR tools and automation workflows.
