TL;DR

What you will do

  • Manage end-to-end conference logistics including booth setup, vendors, collateral, shipping, and swag for 10–20+ events per quarter
  • Build and maintain conference calendar, planning tracker for budgets, leads, and visibility
  • Coordinate pre-conference outreach with sales to drive traffic and book demos
  • Handle internal staffing across sales, marketing, and clinical teams
  • Track and report ROI on SQLs, demos vs. spend; recommend event scaling or cuts
  • Research new specialty conferences in Derm, GI, Rheum, etc., and manage vendor/organizer relationships

Requirements

  • 2–4+ years in field marketing, event marketing, or conference management
  • Startup mindset: own function with lean budget, no team or playbook
  • Track record managing high-volume conferences across verticals
  • Full end-to-end logistics ownership from planning to post-event reporting
  • Experience managing vendors (print, shipping, swag, booth services)
  • Cross-functional work with sales, marketing, clinical stakeholders
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
