Location: Based in Frankfurt with travel across DACH region; mix of inside and field sales

What you will do

• Engage directly with fitness and wellness partners in assigned DACH area to grow the book of business and add new venues to hirify.global network
• Hit or exceed monthly quotas through field-first outreach including drop-ins, meetings, events, and selective inside sales tactics
• Build connections in the regional fitness and wellness community via networking opportunities
• Maintain accurate Salesforce records for forecasting and pipeline visibility
• Negotiate and present pitch decks to prospective partners

Requirements

• 1-2 years B2B transactional sales experience with field and inside tactics
• Proven track record of over-performing on quotas and OKRs
• Based in Frankfurt with travel in DACH region
• Fluent in German and English
• Proficiency with Salesforce, Salesloft, and Microsoft Suite
