What you will do
- Own and close new business opportunities within the German market.
- Build and manage the sales pipeline in close partnership with SDRs and marketing.
- Conduct discovery calls, product demos, and tailored solution presentations.
- Engage senior stakeholders across sales, operations, and CX.
- Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM discipline using Salesforce.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success and Product teams.
Requirements
- Experience in B2B SaaS sales with full-cycle ownership.
- Strong proven track record of closing new business.
- Ability to operate effectively in a high-growth environment.
- Structured and disciplined approach to pipeline and forecasting.
- Fluent German and English language proficiency.
- Must be based in Munich, Germany for a hybrid work arrangement.
