What you will do
- Own the full sales cycle in Switzerland, from self-generated pipeline to closing deals.
- Acquire new customers through cold outreach, networking, events, and in-person meetings.
- Build strategic relationships with decision-makers in financial institutions, advisory firms, and other Swiss accounts.
- Collaborate with Customer Success and Inside Sales to grow revenue and customer satisfaction.
- Provide customer feedback to product development teams to improve the VDR platform.
- Assist in organizing M&A Community events to increase brand visibility.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or commercial roles.
- Proven ability to build a pipeline through proactive prospecting and cold outreach.
- Full professional proficiency in English (C1) and German (C2).
- Based in Zurich or within a realistic commuting distance.
- Experience interacting with business stakeholders in fast-paced environments.

- Background in M&A or investment analysis roles.
- Exposure to financial or advisory environments.
- Fluency in an additional European language.
