Inside Sales Representative (Cloud): Driving new customer acquisition and growth for intelligent data infrastructure solutions with an accent on outbound prospecting, pipeline management, and cross-selling. Focus on engaging prospects through omni-channel outreach, qualifying business challenges, and positioning hybrid cloud and storage solutions to meet customer needs.

Location: Must be based in Hamburg, Germany (Hybrid role with in-office expectations).

What you will do

  • Drive customer acquisition and cross-selling through phone, email, and digital outreach.
  • Manage the full sales pipeline from prospecting to qualification and proposal delivery.
  • Collaborate with channel, marketing, and technical teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Execute proactive prospecting strategies including cold calling, targeted campaigns, and social selling.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and activity tracking within CRM systems.
  • Support marketing initiatives such as events, webinars, and lead-generation campaigns.

Requirements

  • 18–24 months of experience in inside sales or a related field.
  • Fluent English and German proficiency required.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills in both written and verbal formats.
  • Experience with prospecting tools like LinkedIn Navigator and CRM platforms.
  • Genuine curiosity regarding cloud, storage, or IT infrastructure solutions.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a self-motivated, organized manner.

Nice to have

  • Experience in B2B sales environments.
  • Exposure to the IT or cloud industry.
  • Familiarity with partner ecosystems including resellers, distributors, and system integrators.
