Location: Must be based in Hamburg, Germany (Hybrid role with in-office expectations).

What you will do
- Drive customer acquisition and cross-selling through phone, email, and digital outreach.
- Manage the full sales pipeline from prospecting to qualification and proposal delivery.
- Collaborate with channel, marketing, and technical teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Execute proactive prospecting strategies including cold calling, targeted campaigns, and social selling.
- Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and activity tracking within CRM systems.
- Support marketing initiatives such as events, webinars, and lead-generation campaigns.
Requirements
- 18–24 months of experience in inside sales or a related field.
- Fluent English and German proficiency required.
- Strong communication and influencing skills in both written and verbal formats.
- Experience with prospecting tools like LinkedIn Navigator and CRM platforms.
- Genuine curiosity regarding cloud, storage, or IT infrastructure solutions.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a self-motivated, organized manner.
Nice to have
- Experience in B2B sales environments.
- Exposure to the IT or cloud industry.
- Familiarity with partner ecosystems including resellers, distributors, and system integrators.
