What you will do

  • Proactively identify and acquire new B2B clients specializing in USD sell transactions using cold calling, networking, and research.
  • Act as a consultant to understand client needs and demonstrate the value of netting services via hirify.global online, 360t, and FXall.
  • Manage a robust sales pipeline and accurately forecast revenue using CRM systems.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including CFOs, Treasurers, and Finance Directors.
  • Collaborate with internal trading, operations, and marketing teams to ensure seamless client onboarding.
  • Negotiate pricing and contract terms to effectively close deals and achieve revenue targets.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably within financial services.
  • Strong understanding of FX risk management and netting solutions.
  • Fluency in German is essential.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely in written and spoken English.
  • Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field preferred.
