Location: Hybrid (approx. 50% in Hamburg office, 50% home office)
Compensation: Fair fixed salary plus uncapped commission; additional guaranteed commission of €1,500 during the first 6 months.

What you will do
- Sell Europages and B2B marketing solutions specifically within the Turkish market.
- Conduct high-volume cold calling using pre-selected leads provided by the lead generation team.
- Identify potential customer needs and effectively present tailored solutions from the company portfolio.
- Manage the sales process professionally and persuasively to close deals.
- Structure digital conversations and presentations to foster long-term, profitable customer relationships.
Requirements
- Prior sales experience in telemarketing, field sales, or B2B inside sales.
- Native or bilingual proficiency in Turkish.
- Fluency in spoken and written English (C1).
- Proven ability to inspire people, identify sales opportunities, and close deals.
- Must be based in or able to work from the Hamburg office (Hybrid setup).
