TL;DR

Customer Success Onboarding Specialist (IoT): Facilitating the implementation and adoption of IoT fleet management solutions for SMB customers with an accent on product training, configuration, and early value realization. Focus on building strong customer relationships, managing onboarding plans, and ensuring platform proficiency during the critical first 60 days.

Location: Must be based in Krakow, Poland (Hybrid model)

What you will do

  • Facilitate onboarding and implementation for new SMB customers through training workshops and configuration support.
  • Document customer objectives and success criteria to ensure smooth transitions to senior CSMs.
  • Monitor customer health and progress during the first 60 days, proactively troubleshooting issues.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customer contacts to establish long-term trust.
  • Track onboarding metrics and provide feedback to internal teams to improve processes and product experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Support and Product to resolve customer requests.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English and Polish is required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in Customer Success, onboarding, or a related customer-facing role.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to manage multiple onboarding engagements simultaneously.
  • Comfortable learning new software platforms and teaching others.
  • Growth mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement and openness to feedback.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with B2B SaaS or IoT products.
  • Experience with CRM or ticketing tools like Salesforce, Salesloft, or Gainsight.
  • Knowledge of AI applications in customer experience.
