What you will do
- Act as the primary technical and strategic point of contact for a portfolio of enterprise accounts.
- Conduct biweekly touchpoints to review priorities, share product updates, and identify potential risks early.
- Lead planning and preparation sessions for critical business events such as compensation cycles and performance reviews.
- Deliver tailored training sessions for admins to ensure maximum platform utilization.
- Investigate and resolve complex, configuration-heavy technical issues leveraging deep product knowledge.
- Collaborate with Customer Success and Product teams to advocate for client feedback and priorities.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a customer-facing SaaS role (Technical Support, Implementation, or Customer Success) at a mid-senior level.
- Strong track record of managing multiple complex relationships with enterprise or strategic accounts.
- Excellent technical troubleshooting skills for configuration-heavy platforms.
- Confidence leading client-facing calls and presenting complex information to HR leaders and technical admins.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
- Must be based in the UK to support the hybrid work model.
Nice to have
- Experience with HR Tech platforms or familiarity with modules.
- Proficiency with tools such as Zendesk, Asana, and Salesforce.
- Interest in AI platforms and support automation.
- Additional language skills.
