What you will do
- Provide exceptional technical support via calls, chats, and emails.
- Resolve support inquiries of various difficulties, including "how-to" guidance and product assistance.
- Troubleshoot common issues and gather technical information to resolve complex cases.
- Escalate repetitive or merchant-related issues to the L2 team.
- Maintain working knowledge of client products and services.
- Ensure secure handling of customers' sensitive information.
Requirements
- English and Polish: C1 level or higher (spoken and written).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Support.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and navigate new systems and tools.
- Customer-oriented and responsible attitude.
- Personal computer (min 8GB RAM) with a stable internet connection (50 Mbps download / 40 Mbps upload).

- Experience specifically with Technical Support.
