TL;DR

Graduate Onboarding Specialist (PropTech): Guiding new clients through their onboarding journey with the Spectre tool with an accent on product training and customer confidence. Focus on managing onboarding pipelines, conducting training calls via Google Meet, and optimizing the onboarding process.

Location: Hybrid in Manchester, UK (up to 2 days WFH). Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK.

Salary: £26,500 – £28,000

What you will do

  • Manage a pipeline of new customer onboards from initial sign-up through to full setup and handover.
  • Conduct onboarding calls via Google Meet to guide clients through product setup and training.
  • Ensure customers are confident, excited, and fully supported in using the Spectre product suite.
  • Collaborate with the wider team to evolve and improve the onboarding process.

Requirements

  • Proven customer-facing experience in sectors such as retail or hospitality.
  • Clear and confident verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and a process-oriented mindset for managing simultaneous pipelines.
  • Genuine curiosity about software and the ability to translate technical complexity into simple language.
  • Must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
