What you will do
- Handle inbound help requests via phone, chat, and email to resolve customer issues.
- Consult with clients to ensure their business operations run effectively on the platform.
- Research, document, and prioritize customer issues using internal tools and escalation paths.
- Develop deep technical expertise in product functionality and provide peer mentorship to team members.
- Create knowledge base materials to improve operational efficiency and support community empowerment.
- Influence product development by providing feedback on customer challenges.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a public-facing service position.
- Fluency in English and Danish or French is required.
- Experience operating Point-of-Sale (POS) or reservation systems.
- Must be based in or able to work from the office in Manchester, UK.
- Technology-centric background with demonstrated curiosity and self-learning capabilities.
