Location: Hybrid in Amsterdam, Netherlands

Salary: €45,000 - €55,000 per year

What you will do

  • Lead end-to-end onboarding for new customers, including creating project timelines and providing strategic guidance.
  • Design customized onboarding plans tailored to each customer's specific objectives and goals.
  • Train customer teams on the software and manage the technical setup and workspace configuration.
  • Facilitate seamless communication and handovers between Sales and Customer Success teams.
  • Collaborate with product teams by providing customer feedback to influence the future roadmap.
  • Optimize onboarding content and processes to improve overall efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch and strong English communication skills are required.
  • Must be based in or able to work hybridly from the Amsterdam office.
  • Experience in Customer Support, Customer Success, or Account Management within a SaaS or tech environment.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple client onboardings simultaneously with high attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence for engaging with diverse stakeholders.
  • Commercial mindset to identify growth and upsell opportunities for customers.
