A remote-first creative studio specializing in high-conversion UGC ads for ambitious DTC brands on Meta and TikTok.

What you will do

  • Own monthly invoiced revenue and ensure a fast, consistent invoicing cadence across all existing client accounts.
  • Produce and track monthly revenue forecasts using ClickUp to reduce variance between forecast and actuals.
  • Lead, coach, and align the Account Management team through a period of organizational restructure.
  • Identify and drive upsell opportunities and scope expansions to increase account value and prevent churn.
  • Own the end-to-end invoicing process, coordinating with Finance and internal teams for maximum clarity.
  • Provide transitional support for business development, including lead qualification and reactivation of lapsed clients.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in account management or commercial leadership, strongly preferring agency experience.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue from existing accounts and managing financial metrics (margins, forecasting).
  • Experience leading and developing client-facing teams.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to maintain accountability and trust.
  • Must be located within CET, GMT, or ±1 timezone.
  • Proficiency with ClickUp, HubSpot (or similar CRM), and Google Workspace.
