What you will do

  • Manage the entire enterprise sales process and implement winning strategies across Poland.
  • Generate new business opportunities, manage pipelines, and handle accurate forecasting.
  • Acquire new logos while managing existing accounts for cross-selling and up-selling.
  • Deliver against revenue targets and key performance metrics.
  • Orchestrate sales presentations and product demonstrations for diverse stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with executive-level personnel, architecture, operations, and procurement teams.

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of experience in sales roles with a proven record of exceeding goals.
  • Proven experience in Enterprise SaaS platform sales to large organizations.
  • Advanced or higher level of English, written and spoken.
  • Skilled in navigating complex enterprise environments and managing long sales cycles.
  • Ability to build trusted relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to prioritize high-potential opportunities.
