What you will do
- Manage the entire enterprise sales process and implement winning strategies across Poland.
- Generate new business opportunities, manage pipelines, and handle accurate forecasting.
- Acquire new logos while managing existing accounts for cross-selling and up-selling.
- Deliver against revenue targets and key performance metrics.
- Orchestrate sales presentations and product demonstrations for diverse stakeholders.
- Collaborate with executive-level personnel, architecture, operations, and procurement teams.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in sales roles with a proven record of exceeding goals.
- Proven experience in Enterprise SaaS platform sales to large organizations.
- Advanced or higher level of English, written and spoken.
- Skilled in navigating complex enterprise environments and managing long sales cycles.
- Ability to build trusted relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to prioritize high-potential opportunities.
