What you will do

  • Manage the end-to-end enterprise sales process and implement winning strategies across Poland.
  • Generate new business opportunities and manage the sales pipeline and forecasting.
  • Acquire new logos and identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Deliver against revenue targets and all key performance metrics.
  • Develop and orchestrate professional sales presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Collaborate with executive-level personnel, architects, and procurement teams.

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of experience in sales roles with a proven record of achieving goals.
  • Proven experience in Enterprise SaaS platform sales to large organizations.
  • Skilled in navigating complex enterprise environments and managing long sales cycles.
  • Strong professional network within Poland is highly valued.
  • English: Advanced (C1) or higher proficiency required.

Nice to have

  • Experience with CRM, No/Low-Code, or workflow automation solutions.
