• Provide technical software support, setup, and implementation guidance to clients via email and phone.
• Troubleshoot application issues to deliver effective and timely technical solutions.

• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex technical challenges.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Math, Computer/Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Experience or comfort providing live technical support via phone and email.
• Proactive problem-solving skills and a strong customer-focused mindset.
• Must be located in or able to work from Mainz, Germany.
• Flexibility for travel during the initial training period.

• Hands-on experience with technical support and application troubleshooting.
