What you will do

• Provide technical advice on hirify.global products to enhance customer business outcomes and experience.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with technical stakeholders, including VP Infrastructure and Architects.
• Facilitate seamless onboarding by co-creating tailored technical success plans and delivering guided demos.
• Conduct periodic health checks and proactively manage technical escalations from P1 to P4.
• Analyze data insights to mitigate risks and guide customers toward realizing greater value from hirify.global solutions.
• Collaborate with Sales and Renewal teams to ensure successful retention and portfolio expansion.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5-7 years in customer-facing technical roles (e.g., Customer Success, Sales Engineering, Technical Support).
• Familiarity with enterprise IT environments; knowledge of storage domains is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both German and English.
• Proficiency in data analysis to deliver strategic, actionable insights.
• Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid setup in Munich, Germany.

Nice to have

• Experience with Gainsight and Salesforce.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
