What you will do

• Execute the Enterprise Risk Management program to effectively identify, measure, and monitor risks across business activities.
• Conduct core risk management processes, including Risk & Control Self-Assessments (RCSA) and Issue Management.
• Maintain risk governance frameworks, policies, and documentation aligned with regulatory expectations.
• Manage the Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) program, including vendor due diligence and ongoing risk monitoring.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to provide guidance and challenge on risk controls and mitigation strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; advanced degree is strongly preferred.
• 1-3 years of enterprise risk management experience within the financial services industry.
• Foundational understanding of ERM frameworks, risk taxonomies, and regulatory expectations.
• Experience designing, implementing, and testing controls in an enterprise environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to translate complex risk concepts into actionable insights.
• Must be authorized to work in the US.

Nice to have

• Experience working with Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) systems.
• Curiosity and adaptability regarding the use of AI-enabled tools in workflows.
