What you will do

• Define and refine credit strategies to align with evolving portfolio goals.
• Analyze data using Python and SQL to address key business questions.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams to implement strategies.
• Monitor the success of implemented strategies and identify improvement areas.
• Develop and own models for forecasting returns and investor reporting.

Requirements

• Daily coding experience with proficiency in Python and/or SQL.
• Proven experience in credit risk strategy, ideally within credit card lending.
• Strategic mindset to translate complex data into actionable decisions.
• Focus on delivering results balancing commercial and customer needs.
• Must be based in Virginia, USA
