What you will do

• Translate complex banking logic into actionable technical requirements and implementation plans.
• Leverage AI tools to define implementation plans from roadmap items and technical designs.
• Manage the full engineering lifecycle, including architecture, design, and automated acceptance testing.
• Bridge communication between customers and technical teams for real-time posting and blockchain integrations.
• Redesign business processes to improve system flow and function.
• Create comprehensive system documentation and perform application, system, and acceptance tests.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis or implementation within fintech, banking, or payments.
• Deep domain expertise in Banking and Lending, specifically loan lifecycles and core accounting.
• Strong organizational skills for remote, Slack-heavy environments.
• Aptitude for mastering modern cloud stacks and emerging technologies.
• Must be based in the US (excluding California).

Nice to have

• Experience with Blockchain/DeFi, specifically stablecoins or tokenized deposits.
• Proficiency with AI tools/LLMs to enhance technical documentation or planning.
• Experience with real-time transaction posting systems.
• Experience working directly with financial institutions.
