What you will do

• Participate in an 8-month rotation training across Service Operations, Performance, Data Operations, and Implementation teams.
• Support the suite of hirify.global products and provide analytical solutions to global customers.
• Perform performance attribution analysis, risk management, and compliance support.
• Create mapped records between indices and manually augment data to maintain database integrity.
• Develop and maintain benchmark validation checks and monitor data quality.
• Translate client requirements into tailored solutions within the hirify.global infrastructure.

Requirements

• Graduate degree in Mathematics, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
• High proficiency with MS Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Effective analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work both independently and within a team.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Python or other programming languages.
• Understanding of equity and fixed income indices.
• Ability to use AI-enabled tools to accelerate investigation.
