TL;DR

Location: Onsite in Lehi, Utah (5 days a week)

What you will do

  • Manage and expand strategic OEM and automotive partner relationships to drive revenue growth and engagement.
  • Lead and coordinate complex partnership initiatives, product launches, and go-to-market activities.
  • Manage cross-functional coordination between Partnerships, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Support teams.
  • Own project timelines, identify risks, and proactively drive projects forward in a fast-paced environment.
  • Generate and manage opportunities for partner events, field activations, and engagement campaigns.
  • Travel monthly to support partner relationship management and field initiatives.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in business development, project management, or sales within the Automotive industry.
  • Proven ability to manage large strategic relationships and coordinate across multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong project management skills with experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives.
  • Demonstrated experience leading strategic, in-person meetings with key stakeholders.
  • Must be based in or able to work onsite in Lehi, Utah.

Nice to have

  • Experience working with Automotive OEMs, large dealer groups, or automotive technology providers.
  • Experience with SaaS platforms, CRM systems, and digital marketing tools.
  • Understanding of OEM programs, auto dealerships, or the automotive dealer technology space.
  • Ability to analyze partner performance metrics to inform strategy.
