Location: Santiago, Chile; on-site five days per week

What you will do
- Lead daily front desk and workplace operations for employees, visitors, and customers.
- Coordinate building services, facilities vendors, maintenance requests, contracts, quotes, invoices, and operational records.
- Support hospitality and events, including catering, meeting logistics, room readiness, audio-visual needs, and office communications.
- Manage office inventory, café and pantry services, workplace technology support, and employee hardware logistics.
- Coordinate physical security, access badges, visitor procedures, life-safety activities, drills, and office moves.
- Support sustainability, environmental data tracking, employee health and safety, and workplace projects across LATAM.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in corporate facilities, workplace operations, office administration, hospitality, business operations, or a related field.
- Working knowledge of workplace operations, vendor coordination, building services, hospitality, maintenance requests, and workplace technology.
- Knowledge of applicable Chilean workplace and occupational health and safety requirements.
- Experience with workplace or facilities projects, scheduling, vendor coordination, budget tracking, reporting, documentation, and follow-up.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, plus strong planning, communication, hospitality, judgment, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work on-site five days per week at the Santiago office and collaborate with partners across functions and time zones.
Nice to have
- Degree or professional qualification in business administration, industrial engineering, occupational risk prevention, construction, or a related field.
- Experience with facilities vendors, building management, caterers, corporate hospitality, employee events, or large meetings.
- Familiarity with physical security, life safety, EHS, sustainability, environmental data, workplace technology, or facilities ticketing systems.
- Experience supporting cross-functional or regional workplace initiatives in a multinational organization.
