Location: Must be based in New York City, NY (Hybrid: 3 days onsite required)

Salary: $75–$80 per hour (W2)

What you will do

• Lead enterprise-wide programs and projects using strategic and tactical approaches.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams within a matrixed environment.
• Manage business requirements elaboration, systems analysis, and process flow documentation.
• Collaborate with technology organizations to provide process leadership within an Agile framework.
• Develop and revise application development standards and guidelines.
• Build and maintain project status reporting aligned with enterprise portfolios.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of program and project management experience.
• Must be able to work onsite in New York City 3 days per week.
• Proven experience in financial services or wealth management technology projects.
• Proficiency in Agile Scrum methodology and tracking tools like JIRA.
• Strong business acumen and technical competency.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Kanban methodology.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Access, Visio, and SharePoint.
