What you will do

• Champion the adoption of AI coding tools like Cursor and Claude Code across the engineering organization.
• Design and maintain the internal developer platform to enable secure, high-speed software delivery.
• Build intelligent automation for code review, testing, and deployment using LLMs and agentic workflows.
• Run workshops and enablement programs to up-level engineers on prompt engineering and AI-assisted TDD.
• Architect secure, sandboxed environments for running AI coding agents within healthcare compliance constraints.
• Define and track DevEx metrics such as DORA and cycle time to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 2 years in platform or DevEx roles.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Deep hands-on experience with AI coding tools and agentic frameworks.
• Strong proficiency in Python and/or TypeScript for backend and automation tasks.
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and developer platforms.
• Proven ability to drive cultural change and evangelize new engineering workflows.

Nice to have

• Experience deploying multi-step agentic coding systems.
• Familiarity with healthcare tech constraints like HIPAA and SOC 2.
• Background in infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Pulumi) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP).
• Contributions to open-source developer tooling or AI projects.
