What you will do

• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce, NetSuite, MuleSoft, and Workato.
• Extend deployment practices to AI agent workloads on GCP Cloud Run and AWS Bedrock AgentCore.
• Implement safe rollout patterns including feature toggles, automated validation, and rollback procedures.
• Define and enforce observability standards, monitoring, and alerting for core GTM integrations.
• Manage cloud infrastructure using IaC practices to ensure repeatable and auditable provisioning.
• Establish secrets management and container security standards for all business systems workloads.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience deploying and managing Salesforce environments.
• Proven experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, or Copado).
• Strong proficiency with GCP and AWS services in an operational context.
• Experience managing containerized workloads and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform or CloudFormation).
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Bedrock AgentCore or similar managed agent hosting infrastructure.
• Experience with iPaaS tools like MuleSoft or Workato.
• Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, or Node.js.
