What you will do

• Support the planning and execution of marketing initiatives across brand, digital, and field support channels.
• Coordinate timelines, workflows, and approvals for materials in partnership with internal stakeholders and external agencies.
• Manage day-to-day marketing operations, including meeting coordination, project trackers, and budget administration.
• Assist with the development, review, and distribution of marketing materials to ensure compliance with internal processes.
• Support event planning and execution for internal meetings and field programs.
• Track campaign performance and prepare reports for cross-functional stakeholders.

Requirements

• Must have legal authorization to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship).
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or life sciences.
• 2–4 years of experience in marketing, coordination, or project management.
• Experience within biotech, pharma, or a regulated environment is highly preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools.
• Ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
