What you will do

• Manage preventative maintenance and repair costs for facility equipment.
• Analyze manufacturing efficiency issues and implement corrective actions.
• Plan and execute facility expansions and modifications.
• Oversee physical security for employees, property, and confidential information.
• Administer environment and waste management controls per ISO-14001.
• Lead maintenance activities and support plant operations, including emergency planning.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in Canada without sponsorship
• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in production and preventative maintenance.
• Working knowledge of plastics manufacturing processes and production tooling.
• Experience with SAP 4/HANA.
• Knowledge of IATF 16949 standards.
• College Diploma or Skilled Trades certificate of qualification.
