Maintenance Facilities and Security Manager (Automotive)

Location: Tilbury, CA; on-site facility management role

Salary: $103,000–$155,000 per year

What you will do

• Coordinate manufacturing asset and facility maintenance activities, programs, services, and budgets.
• Manage preventive maintenance, repairs, spare parts, stock levels, labor costs, overtime, and department expenses.
• Analyze manufacturing efficiency issues and implement corrective actions.
• Plan and implement facility expansions, modifications, product launches, and facility requirements.
• Lead maintenance support for plant operations, production equipment, emergency planning, and contingency planning.
• Oversee physical security, document and information confidentiality, security incidents, investigations, and compliance checks.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university.
• At least five years of leadership experience with a strong background in production and preventive maintenance.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA.
• Knowledge of IATF 16949 as applicable to the position.
• Working knowledge of plastics manufacturing processes and production tooling.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills; employment-based visa sponsorship is not available.
