What you will do

  • Develop and own annual Integrated Demand Programs (IDPs), including strategy, KPIs, and attribution models.
  • Manage the full pipeline generation lifecycle from strategic planning through execution and optimization.
  • Design and execute multi-channel campaigns across digital, paid media, social, and partner marketing.
  • Collaborate with Sales, RevOps, and Product teams to align programs with GTM and launch strategies.
  • Analyze program performance to identify underperforming areas and drive corrective actions.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and process standardization to improve scalability and efficiency.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in demand generation or pipeline-focused B2B marketing, ideally in SaaS.
  • Proven track record of owning and achieving marketing-sourced pipeline and revenue goals.
  • Experience managing complex, cross-functional programs with accountability for results.
  • Deep expertise in full-funnel demand generation and extraction tactics.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to influence senior leadership.
  • Must be based in the US (Pennsylvania mentioned).

Nice to have

  • Experience generating demand through marketplaces (e.g., Microsoft ecosystem) and partner-led motions.
  • Global B2B marketing experience with mid-market buying cycles.
  • AI-first mindset, leveraging automation to guide campaign strategy.
  • Familiarity with modern RevOps, attribution, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Master’s degree or MBA.
