What you will do

• Support the Sales team through the quoting and approval process following established pricing and contracting guidelines.
• Provide guidance on standard quoting options and manage escalation paths under supervision.
• Accelerate quote cycles by ensuring completeness, accuracy, and timely submission of quotes.
• Maintain accuracy of quote data in CPQ to reduce downstream errors and rework.
• Coordinate with Legal, Credit Control, and Revenue Recognition to support deal progression and closure.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives to build Deal Desk expertise.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in Deal Desk, Sales Operations, Finance Operations, or Order Management in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Exposure to Salesforce CPQ or other CPQ tools preferred.
• Foundational understanding of revenue recognition, sales contracts, and SOX controls.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage high volumes during End of Month/Quarter.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
