What you will do
- Own the overall technical architecture for revenue acceleration aligned with GTM strategy.
- Optimize and integrate the tech stack (Salesforce, CPQ, etc.) to improve data accuracy, reporting, and automation.
- Design, document, and implement end-to-end sales processes, workflows, and policies.
- Manage and mentor a team of process analysts, sales technology experts, and Salesforce engineers.
- Collaborate with IT and data teams to ensure seamless integration, data governance, and security.
Requirements
- Experience as a Senior Manager, Director, or VP in Revenue Operations within a high-growth SaaS start-up or scale-up.
- Deep understanding of managing and deploying sales tools like Salesforce, CPQ, Leandata, Outreach, and Clari.
- Proven ability to lead technical teams in a fast-paced, global environment.
- Fluent English (written and spoken).
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate business needs into workable technical requirements.

Hiring process
