Salary: $81,500 – $139,500

What you will do

• Lead stakeholder discovery and process mapping for complex, multi-team initiatives.
• Translate business needs into clear user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with Scrum teams to ensure solutions align with business requirements.
• Coordinate UAT for complex initiatives and ensure quality and completeness.
• Own process documentation and drive improvements to team standards and toolkits.
• Provide mentorship and coaching to junior and mid-level business analysts.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis, Sales Operations, or data analysis.
• 5+ years of experience in cross-functional project leadership.
• 3+ years of experience in requirement gathering and documenting user stories.
• 3+ years of expertise in CRM and data platforms like Salesforce and Snowflake.
• High proficiency in process mapping tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, or Miro.
• Solid understanding of SDLC methodologies including Agile and Waterfall.

Nice to have

• Business Analyst certifications such as CBAP or CCBA.
• Salesforce or data tool certifications.
• Experience in EdTech or Publishing.
