What you will do
- Own the quote-to-close process and commercial governance for non-standard enterprise deals.
- Lead CPQ implementation and administration using tools like Salesforce CPQ, DealHub, or Conga.
- Partner with Sales, Finance, and Legal to manage pricing structures, discount matrices, and contract review workflows.
- Build operational systems supporting renewals, amendments, and expansion workflows.
- Maintain pricing precedent and ensure CRM alignment with executed contract repositories.
- Leverage and evaluate AI tools to automate contract review, pricing analysis, and approval routing.
Requirements
- Experience in Deal Desk, Sales Operations, or commercial operations within SaaS, PaaS, or IaaS.
- Strong understanding of usage-based pricing, enterprise pricing structures, and contract governance.
- Proficiency with Salesforce CRM and experience administering CPQ systems.
- Understanding of revenue recognition principles and enterprise contract structures.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without employment visa sponsorship.
Nice to have
- Experience with CLM platforms such as Ironclad, Juro, or DocuSign CLM.
- Background in cloud infrastructure, AI infrastructure, or ML platforms.
- Experience implementing or migrating CPQ systems in high-growth environments.
